6. Returns and Hardware Warranty

  • Returns: Most unopened components can be returned within 30 days.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original anti-static packaging with all seals intact.

  • Warranty: Ethup provides a limited warranty on custom-modified cards, in addition to any existing manufacturer warranties. Please refer to our specialized Warranty Page for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ethup.click, including the “Ethup” logo, custom shroud designs, graphics, and technical text, is the exclusive property of Ethup. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ethup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of data, loss of mining profits, or hardware damage resulting from improper installation or overclocking by the user.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orlando, Florida, for any disputes.
